Refund policy
Our return policy covers 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If items have been dismantled and/or altered in any way, they will not be eligible for returns.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@samsonshower.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product arrives damaged, we require photographs within 48 hours in order to disclose damages to the shipping companies we work with.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@samsonshower.com. and we will provide you with a return shipping label.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Samson Shower System’s shipping address.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
